I was so scared when I knew I was falling behind on my mortgage and didn’t know what to do, I received numerous companies mailing me info on helping me and at first went with another company, they worked on my short sale for about 7 months just to find out it wouldn’t work out. As a last ditch effort I was searching online and ran across their site, remembered the logo and thought I would call to see if they can help.
They meet with me at my home as went over my options, my foreclosure sale date was fast approaching within 3 weeks and within one week from signing the paperwork they already had one offer on the home and got the bank to suspend the foreclosure proceedings. My house was sold a few months later and I am now with their help working on my credit so I can get back on track.

When I first called GDM I was very hesitant, so many companies these days over promise and under deliver and I was not going to fall for that again. After my initial consultation I went to 2 other companies that offered the same short sale service, and one realtor that did her own short sale. It took me about 2 weeks to call GDM back, after giving everyone else a try and I have to say GDM under promised and over deliver. I have now moved out of my home, after the successful short sale that GDM arranged and it only took 2 days to get the offer on my home after I signed the listing agreement!
